The Crucible is a mini-game set in the larger universe of our forthcoming game, Galaxy in Flames ("GiF"). It is one of many mini-games to come, borrowing early elements of the lore, design, and art assets of our main project. We consider The Crucible to be a thank you to the fans who have followed us thus far, and a greeting to those just arriving!

The release of The Crucible marks our first public step in revealing our grand-scale 4xRTS Galaxy in Flames. Built in the vein of the Homeworld series and layered with the strategic gaming of classics like Master of Orion and Pax Imperia, GiF is a project large in scope and ambition, and our team is already deep into its development. To help advertise for it, we'll be releasing a series of mini-games during the development process. Each is a modern remake of a classic with some added twists and features. We are developing everything in Unity3D FREE until we secure funding for the Pro version.
