Altercore is a cyberpunk game set in space. the game revolves around alien technology that was found on mars and has changed life as we know it. Troy the main character will visit earth, mars and a space station in between known as the cluster. the game will feature hack and slash combat similar to devil may cry. there will be multiple weapon types such as martial arts, katanas, knives and staffs. The player will be able to travel between locations in his/her own personal upgradable fighter ship, making it easy to upgrade armour and weapons by visiting the black market on mars. You will also be able to travel to the sprawl a gigantic mega city on earth that covers most of north America. Troy was exposed to an alien artefact on mars. The artefact is known as the Oct, an eight sided object that when activated on mars, caused the calamity, and metamorphosed half the population of mars, including troy, into the evolved.
