Классический C&C геймплей:
Combined Arms пытается эмулировать геймплей оригинальных игр. Элементы игры взяты из Tiberian Dawn, Red Alert, Tiberian Sun, Red Alert 2 и Generals.

Новые юниты и силы поддержки:
Nod и GDI получили новые технологические центры, силы поддержки и военно-морской флот, что позволит им на равных сражаться с союзниками и советскими войсками.

Все фракции получили новые боевые единицы (некоторые из TS и RA2), чтобы освежить старый геймплей.

В число новых юнитов входят:

# General
- Engine updated to OpenRA release 20250330.
- Added Chapter 8 of the campaign (6 new missions for Allies).
- Added Very Hard and Brutal difficulties for campaign. Easy/Normal/Hard difficulty reduced, Very Hard roughly equivalent to previous Hard difficulty.
- Entire campaign can now be played in co-op mode (up to 6 players).
- Added in-game Encyclopedia.
- Observer graphs now scrollable so the whole game can be reviewed.
- Mission completion will track/show whether fog/build radius were enabled.
- Updated targetable ability logic (multiple abilities per activation).
- Reworked bounty system so the bounty pool comes from a player's own losses rather than from the kills the enemy has.
- Improved tech building tooltips.
- Added Battle Lab 2v2 map.
- Added Send Cash power for team games and co-op, allowing players to send money to each other (replaces Supply Truck).

# Balance / Faction Changes

## General Balance
- Reduced rate of fire of all commando units by ~20%. Reduced Commando, Tanya, Boris, Mastermind cloak detection range from 5 to 2.
- Units with large death explosions now cause a consistent amount of damage to nearby buildings (certain units caused much higher damage in cases where they could enter the hitbox of a building e.g. moving over an SD).
- Oil Derricks generate $125 every 15 seconds (up from $100). Increased initial capture bonus from $300 to $400.
- Hospitals produce 2 Medics every 2 minutes instead of 1.
- Machine Shops produce 2 Mechanics every 2 minutes instead of 1.
- Increased vision range of Communications Center (tech structure) from 10 to 12.
- Reduced Rocket Soldier AA range from 7.5 to 6.5. AA auto attack range increased from 6 to 6.5.

## Allies
- Allied policy adjustments:
- Economy Policy:
- * Level 1: -15% refinery, harvester & MCV cost.
- * Level 2: -30% refinery, harvester & MCV cost. +20% MCV speed.
- * Level 3: Free Chrono Miner upgrade, +50% Ore Purifier income, +15% Harvester durability.
- Defense Policy:
- * Level 1: +15% building/defense HP, +25% conyard build radius.
- * Level 2: +30% building/defense HP, +40% building repair rate, +20% defense repair rate.
- * Level 3: +15% defense weapon damage, +25% building/defense vision range.
- Reduced Allied influence level 2 timing from 9 to 8 minutes.
- Reduced Coalition upgrade cost from 500 to 300.
- Reduced Time Skip cost from 1000 to 800.
- Reduced cost of Allied HQ from 1800 to 1500. No longer grants access to Tanya.
- Tech Center no longer grants access to Peacemaker, Enforcer and Ore Purifier (require Allied HQ).
- IFV changed from heavy armor to light armor. Increased HP from 27k to 30k.
- Replaced Raider APC with Archer APC. Has target painter weapon previously used by Spy IFV.
- Spy IFV target painter replaced with re-usable Spy infiltration.
- Increased Scout/Mirage Tank damage vs buildings.
- Tiger Guard prioritizes heavy armor targets. Missile applies veiled debuff. Reduced HP from 10k to 8k.
- Rifle IFV burst reduced from 3 to 1 (DPS slightly increased).
- Increased Enforcer HP from 18k to 25k. Weapon now deals damage in cone with falloff based on distance (100%->33%). No longer slowed when damaged.
- Increased HP of Battle Fortress from 135k to 140k.
- Removed AA attack from Chrono Prison. Reduced cost from 1700 to 1550.
- Spy cloak detection increased from 1 to 5.
- Added a cooldown for infiltrating Helipads, Airfields and Gravity Stabilizers with Spies to prevent unlimited instant support powers.
- Increased Destroyer vision range.
- Reduced Sniper range from 8.5 to 8.
- Reduced Guardian GI AA range from 9 to 8 (to match auto attack range).

## Soviets
- Cloning Vat reworked. Will now clone infantry put inside it rather than being linked to a specific queue. Production speed now affected by low power.
- Eradicator variants now apply irradiated debuff.
- Reduced Tesla Tank damage vs heavy armor by 15%. Increased cost from 1150 to 1200. Reduced HP from 40k to 38k.
- Reduced Tesla Kirov arc range from 4 to 2.5 and arc count from 3 to 2.
- Commissar cloak detection range reduced from 7 to 5.
- BTR with Boris/Yuri/Commissar inside can detect stealth.
- Replaced Russia Shock/Tesla Trooper discount with free Tesla Trooper upgrade.
- Increased Tesla Track range from 7 to 8. Removed radar jamming.
- Equalised Hind gun and rocket damage.
- Increased HP of all Mammoth Tank variants from 90k to 95k.
- Increased HP of Overlord Tank & Apocalypse Tank from 125k to 130k.
- Reduced V3 cost from 1500 to 1400.
- Reduced Rad Trooper damage vs buildings/defenses.
- Increased Nuke Cannon projectile speed.
- Refineries & power plants can no longer be sold while being drained by Floating Disc.
- Reduced Demo Truck damage to aircraft.
- Reduced cost of Lasher Tank upgrade from 1000 to 750.
- Heroes of the Union now applies a damage reduction equivalent to a flat HP increase rather than percentage damage reduction.
- Increased Thief vision range by 60% while hidden.
- Reduced Doctrine upgrade cost from 500 to 300.
- Replaced Iraq 10% Demo Truck discount with Heavy Hazmat Suits equipped as standard.
- Added reload bar for Nuke Cannon.

## GDI
- GDI 3rd level strategy upgrades now apply automatically on completion (instead of having to place them on Upgrade Center). This also means they are now permanent, so you can't sell/lose Upgrade Center and swap to/from Supply Dropzone.
- Updated Interceptors (support power) behaviour. Will patrol the target area and not give chase beyond it.
- Increased vision range of Guardian drone by 1. Reduced HP from 17k to 15k. Reduced damage vs light armor. Reduced point defense shield duration from 4s to 2s & increased cooldown from 25s to 30s. Can now fire while shield is active.
- Increased Rocket/Disintegrator damage vs JumpJets slightly to account for veterancy.
- Hypersonic missiles no longer track but move significantly faster.
- Hailstorm missiles now track. Reduced range by 1. Increased inaccuracy by 1/4 cell. Reduced damage slightly.
- Increased Aurora bomb drop speed.
- Updated Disruptor and Sonic Tower weapons to use new pulse projectiles (difference shouldn't be too noticeable, but the damage is more consistent and now the spreadsheet can meaningfully represent it).
- Reduced Mobile EMP HP from 55k to 52k.
- Reduced Bombardier speed from 118 to 100. Increased price from 525 to 550.
- Increased Frigate vision range.
- Increased HP of Ion Mammoth and Hover Mammoth from 90k to 95k.
- Increased Titan HP from 102k to 110k. Reduced gun damage vs infantry.
- Reduced Mammoth Drone cost from 1500 to 1300. Reduced HP from 90k to 88k. Reduced damage.
- Reduced Battle Drone cost from 800 to 600. Reduced HP from 52k to 40k. Reduced damage.
- Reduced Battle Drone upgrade cost from 1250 to 750.
- Increased duration of ARC backup radar from 15s to 40s.
- Increased Jackknife damage by 20%.
- Added concussion to Zone Raider shots. Improved visual effect.
- Increased AGT cost from 1100 to 1250. Increased power consumption from 70 to 75. Increased damage and health accordingly.
- Reduced cost of Railgun Titan, Ion Mammoth, Hover Mammoth and Mammoth Drone upgrades from 1000 to 750.
- Increased Bombardier upgrade cost from 750 to 1000.
- Added Afterburner ability to Hover Mammoths. Reduced base speed from 68 to 60.
- Slightly increased Ion Mammoth range and damage.
- 50% of XP of lost ARC drones now reclaimed by newly produced drones.
- Flak Vest now partially mitigates Disruptor damage (20%).
- Mini Drones will now inherit cloak when attached to a cloaked unit.
- Increased Avenger Warthog damage.
- Increased Zone Defender HP from 18k to 20k. Shield now applies damage reduction equivalent to a flat HP increase rather than percentage damage reduction (better for lower HP infantry, worse for high HP infantry).
- Increased Wolverine damage vs buildings.
- Reduced JumpJet detection range from 3 to 2.

## Nod
- Nod Covenants broken into 3 tiers, with Covenant selection available on the 1st.
- Reduced Covenant upgrade cost from 500 to 300.
- Structures being sold shortly after being damaged will count towards attacker's Covenant level, as will captured buildings.
- Laser Tanks upgrade now exclusive to Wrath Covenant.
- Added Raider Buggy upgrade for Zeal Covenant (Raider Buggy has heavy armor and a laser, moves slower than regular Buggy).
- Added Custodian upgrade for Unity Covenant (replacing the Stealth APC, the Custodian is a heavy troop transport with a repair beam that can repair vehicles and cyborgs and increases XP gain of cyborgs in a radius).
- Cyborg Armor upgrade requires Covenant level 2 instead of Temple Prime, and the Covenant-specific cyborg upgrades require Covenant level 3.
- Cyborg Elite, Avatar, Reaper and Enlightened all require Covenant level 3.
- Increased initial charge time for Assassin Squad, Hacker Cell and Confessor Cabal from 1:00 to 2:30.
- Replaced Augmented Fabrication upgrade with Reclaimed Fabrication. 15% of all Cyborgs lost will be resurrected as regular Cyborgs at Temple Prime.
- Internet Center detection radius increases per Hacker. No longer hackable.
- Reduced Confessor IFV/Reckoner damage. Increased reload time. No longer creates chaos gas clouds, just inflicts berserk on impact.
- Infiltrator/Shadow Operative cloak detection increased from 4 to 5.
- Increased Recon Bike vision from 5 to 6. Increase range from 4.5 to 5.
- Increased Bike/Stealth Tank splash damage slightly vs JumpJet Troopers.
- Increased Howitzer damage per shot, splash radius and DPS. Reduced rate of fire. Increased speed. Reduced damage vs buildings. Increased vision by 1.
- Reduced Howitzer upgrade cost from 1000 to 500.
- Increased Recon Boat vision range.
- Increased Avatar laser range from 5.75 to 6.5. Increased vision from 5 to 6. Reduced laser damage vs buildings/defenses.
- Increased Cyborg Reaper range very slightly. Increased snare projectile speed. Increased AA missile tracking range and turn rate.
- Reduced cost of Cyborg from 275 to 250.
- Increased Acolyte/Templar base speed from 54 to 60.
- Increased Templar vision from 5 to 6.
- Hacker no longer needs to pseudo-deploy to begin hacking.
- Reduced Subterranean Strike cooldown from 9 min to 8 min. Reduced unload delay from 4s to 3s. Added an additional Rocket Soldier.
- Removed charge time from Spectre. Reduced speed from 92 to 82.
- Reduced Chem Mortar damage vs cyborgs. All mortars now affected by flak vest mitigation.
- Increased Stealth Tank vision by 1.
- Visual update for Heavy Flame Tank with Black Napalm upgrade.
- Increased Stealth Generator radius by 2.
- Reduced Stealth APC speed from 100 to 82. Cloak audible through fog.
- Reduced Cyborg Rocket AA range from 8 to 7 (to match auto attack range).

## Scrin
- Replaced Loyalist Colony Platform Tib growth boost with Ichor Spike power (similar in function).
- Replaced Rebel bonus allowing building while Colony Ship is moving with Colony Spike power which itself provides non-defense building production.
- Rebel Gateway can be linked to any number of production structures. Can now be linked either from the source or the gateway. Increased cooldown from 3:00 to 4:00.
- Voidspike initial timer increased from 3 seconds to 30 seconds. Added global sound effect when created. Ambient sound now audible through fog. Visual effect applied to resource spawners no longer visible through fog. Reflected damage now reduced by any damage reduction of attacker (e.g. from prone).
- Reduced Allegiance upgrade cost from 500 to 300.
- Reduced Seeker cost from 750 to 700. Increased speed from 113 to 126. Increased turn rate from 20 to 24. Increased vision by 1.
- Reduced Lacerator cost from 650 to 600. Increased projectile speed. Increased vision by 1.
- Hypercharge adds 1 range but increases damage taken by 20%.
- Anathema grants speed instead of damage reduction. Max stacks reached after 15 seconds (up from 9). Changed reload reduction multipliers from *0.8/0.65/0.5/0.35 to *0.8/0.67/0.57/0.5. Reduced firepower multipliers from *1.3/1.6/1.9/2.2 to *1.25/1.5/1.75/2 (for a 2000 value unit, these now scale inversely with unit value). Increased cooldown from 1:30 to 2:00.
- Reduced Impaler HP from 9k to 8k. Now hitscan (with a visual only tracer projectile). Added small random delay before shots.
- Increased Eviscerator HP from 12k to 16k. Reduced range from 6 to 4. Removed Shard Bomb ability. Charges on scatter shot while on resources.
- Reduced Stalker HP from 12k to 10k. Increased cost from 500 to 600. Increased range from 3.5 to 5. Increased shield duration from 1.4s to 2s. Increased cloak duration from 10s to 15s. Increased cooldown from 30s to 35s. Increased range from 3.5 to 4. Reduced splash damage slightly. Damage reduction increased to 90% and applies while cloaked, but can no longer re-cloak until a full recharge.
- Watcher cloak detection increased from 1 to 5.
- Increased Atomizer projectile speed.
- Increased Tormentor damage.
- Increased Darkener rift duration by 1s. Increased splash radius by 25%.
- Increased HP of Tripod from 82k to 86k. Increased movement speed from 44 to 50.
- Increased HP of Reaper Tripod from 98k to 102k. Increased movement speed from 44 to 50.
- Increased speed of Devastator Warship projectiles from 220 to 260. Reduced cost from 2500 to 2400.
- Increased Greater Coalescence healing.
- Scrin basic infantry can benefit from Commissar buff (Warrior, Disintegrator, Assimilator, Rejuvenator, Artificer).
- Increased Mothership DPS by ~20%. Can now force fire ground to use main beam. Reduced wormhole HP from 50k to 25k.
- New separate sprite for Storm Spike to differentiate from Storm Column.
- Removed friendly fire from Ion Conduit zaps (large unavoidable AoE).
- Increased Shard Walker projetile speed and damage vs infantry.
- Reduced Disintegrator AA range from 7 to 6 (to match auto attack range).

# Fixes / Misc
- Fixed Zeus not gaining XP and not being berserkable.
- Fixed Battle Drone being producible with veterancy (via Spy).
- Fixed missing veterancy build icon for XO & Wolverine.
- Fixed skirmish AI not building Marauders.
- Fixed Genetic Mutation bomb transforming Scrin infantry into Brutes instead of Brutalizers.
- Added Thrasher Tank to Reactive Armor tooltip.
- Fixed production tabs not being enabled for pre-placed structures.
- Fixed Mini Drone attachment crash.
- Fixed production tabs crash when spamming building queue while MCV undeploys.
- Fixed Rebel Gateway crash.
- Increased turn rate of AA missiles to reduce odd circling behaviour.
- Reduced decoy selection priority.
- Combine Gun Walker/Shard Walker and BTR/Gattling BTR selection.
- Aircraft destroyed by Chrono Prison will no longer result in pilot bailing out.
- Fixed occasional crash when undeploying an MCV when a building is ready to place.
- Fixed mission completion on lower difficulties overwriting higher difficulties.
- Fixed SEAL using demolition voice lines when targeting vehicles.
- Medics/Mechanics will no longer spawn immediately from a rebuilt Hospital/Machine Shop.
- Fixed drones being capturable by Thieves.
- Block the notch in Comms Center footprint.
- Mini Drone attach sound no longer audible through fog.
- Corrected Chrono Miner upgrade requirements on Machinations.
- Fixed Convoy Trucks getting permanently stuck in Displacement.

Едва ли прям "хм". Обычно 99% игр на открытых движках выходит бездарной несбалансированной кашей.
